is there a store or website, that gives free pet supplies? like a free used cage for rabbits, chinchilla’s, etc..

you might want to go to an animal shelter and talk to them and see if they can point you in the right direction for donated animal supplies
try craigslist.com under “free” in your city
Try freecycle.com, the Saint rescue I work with gets dog crates and gently used dog beds on there. Perfectly free!!

Freecycle, craigslist, or local humane society might help- but if you can’t afford to keep your pet in a happy/healthy environment you probably shouldn’t own one. If you love your pet, their needs should not be a cost issue anymore than your own health needs should be- they should be higher since they are under your care!
